I want to welcome you to Al Serra Auto Plaza! I'm a Service Advisor who will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I joined the auto industry right out of high school and have enjoyed working with some of this business's colleagues and customers. I love spending my free time with my family and friends, especially my amazing husband, Joe, and our wonderful children, Joe and Samantha. I love baseball; go Tigers! One of my true passions in life is to help others!

Great 1st time experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Lisa was very nice. Nice waiting area. Took as long as promised. Easy in and out

Lisa was great to deal with; however, I brought our 2027 Kia Telluride in for an oil change AND a couple of recalls on the new car. Only the oil change was done which means I have to bring the car back for the recalls. Overall, I really like Kia of Grand Blanc.

I am disappointed in the car wash. We pay top dollar for my car service and get a poor car wash. I know that seems petty but it does make a difference.
